LWS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 170/CV-CNLC dated 25th April 2020 of Lao Cai Clean Water Supply Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of LWS shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 609/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2020).
Reason: the company changed the plan for 2020 Annual General Meeting to prevent Covid-19
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
