BTB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 96/CV-BTB dated 12th May 2020 of Ha Noi - Thai Binh Beer Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 27th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.908/TB-VSD dated 17th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: due to the complicated situation of Covide-19 epidemic and to follow the Directive no 15/CT-TTg dated 27th March 2020 and no.16/CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 by the Prime Minister on implementing urgent instriction to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the company decided to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting to guarantee the community's health and safety.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
