DCT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 20 dated 21st April 2020 of Dong Nai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13th March 2020 (as notified by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch in the Notice no. 185/TB-CNVSD dated 24th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health, safety and interest of shareholders and to enhance the prevention of Covid-19, the company proposed to cancel the above list.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
