UDC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 153/TB.UDEC dated 11th May 2020 of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDC) regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 3rd April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.440/TB-CNVSD dated 12th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the safety, health and rights of shareholders and enhance the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic spread, the Issuer would like to cancel the record date for above entitlements exercising.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 3rd April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.440/TB-CNVSD dated 12th March 2020.
