PSI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 388a/CKDK-QLNV dated 6th May 2020 of Petro Vietnam Secuirities Incorporated regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 15th April 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no.1105/TB-VSD dated 31st March 2020).
Reason: to restrict the spread of Covid-19 epidemic.
