PDT: Cancellation of the Notice on Record Date for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 022/HDQT-TMDK dated 25th May 2020 of Dongthap Petroleum Trading Import Export Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the notice on record date of PDT shares for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, record date: 9th June 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 1786/TB-VSD dated 19th May 2020.
Reason for cancellation: the company cannot arrange the time to hold 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
