Pursuant to the notice no. 72/TB-Cholimex dated 8th April 2020 of Cho Lon Investment And Import Export Corporation regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25^th March 2020 in accordance with the Notice no. 304/TB-CNVSD dated 4^th March 2020 by VSD – Ho Chi Minh Branch
Reason for cancellation: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 and to implement the direction of the Municipal People's Committee on restricting mass gatherings to prevent and control Covid-19.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
