SCO: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 67/TB-CNTS-TCHC dated 26th May 2020 of Seaproduct Mechanical Shareholding Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 10th April 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no. 525/TB-CNVSD dated 20th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: due to the global outbreak and complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam as well as recommendations by the Ministry of Health on restricting the mass gatherings.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
