CBI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 623/GTCB-CV ngày 04/05/2020 of Cao Bang Iron and Stel Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.757/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2020).
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the Company will postpone the time of holding 2020 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
