Pursuant to the document no. 37/2020/CV-VNB dated 21st May 2020 of Viet Nam Books Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for postal ballot and 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)  would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot and 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 27th April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 1186/TB-VSD dated 8th April 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Because it was deemed unnecessary to supplement the form of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the company received the written approval from the Business Registration Office - Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment on extending the Annual general meeting to the end of June 2020.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
