SVG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 157/CV-SVG dated 4th May 2020 of Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company (SVG) regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no.400/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2020).
Reason: holding 2020 annual general meeting does not ensure the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
