HNT: Cancellation of the record date for 2020 annual general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 118/XĐHN dated 27th March 2020 of Ha Noi Tram Joint Stock Company (HNT) regarding the cancellation of record date for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Ha Noi Tram Joint Stock Company cancels the notice on the record date of 31st March 2020 for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 478/TB-VSD dated 25th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid -19 epidemics in Vietnam, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi Tram Joint Stock Company issued Resolution no.116/NQ-HĐQT regarding postponement of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
