TLC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 632/2020/CBTT-TLC dated 19th May 2020 of Thang Long Telecommunications Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 31st March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 863/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2020.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic and ensuring the safety of holding the general meeting, compliance with laws and recommendations of competent agencies in the prevention and control of the epidemic, the company changed the time of holding 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
