QHW: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 11/2020/CV dated 14th April 2020 of Quang Ninh Mineral Water Corporation regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of QHW shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 18th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 586/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the situation of the Covid-19 to implement the directions of the Prime Minister and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, the company change the planned meeting date for 2020 Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be postponed until 30th June 2020 at the latest.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
