VKD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no.76/CV dated 8th May 2020 of Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 16th March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no.225/TB-CNVSD dated 26th February 2020.
Reason: to follow the instruction of the Ministry of Health including restricting crowded events to prevent the spread of Covid-19 epidemic.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
