PVY: Change of Meeting Time for 2020 Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to document no. 0290/20/TB-CTGK dated 31st March 2020 of PetroVietNam Marine Shipyard Joint Stock Company regarding the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting (the record date: 18th March 2020) as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 246/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2020 of VSD’s Branch
+ Meeting time: 6th April 2020 tentatively
* Changed information:
+ Meeting time: 29th April 2020 if there is no further directions of the Prime Minister
Reason for change: On 31st March 2020, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 16/CT-TTg on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and combat Covid-19 through social distancing within 15 days.
Other contents in notice no. 246/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2020 by VSD’s Branch remain unchanged.
