DAP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 104/CV-ĐA dated 21st May 2020 of Dong A Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 344/TB-CNVSD dated 6th March 2020.
Reason: to ensure the safety, health, rights of shareholders and enhance the prevention of Covid-19 spread
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
