TW3: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 21/TW3 dated 23rd April 2020 of Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company No.3 regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 24th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 687/TB-VSD dated 6th March 2020).
Reason: due to the prolonged situation of epidemic, the Company is unable to hold the meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
