MKV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 57/2020/TB-MKVdated 21st May 2020 of Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 18th March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no. 277/TB-CNVSD dated 2nd March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 and under the direction of the Prime Minister on social distance during the epidemic.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
