Pursuant to the document no. 07/TB-TW25 dated 01st April 2020 of No 25 Central Phamaceutical Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch (CNVSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, record date: 18th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 239/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2020)
Reason: due to the complicated situation of the Covid - 19 epidemic in Vietnam as well as to implement the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam on the restriction on mass gatherings.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
