BUD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 544/TB dated 28th May 2020 of Vietnam Science And Technology Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 26th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 333/TB-CNVSD dated 5th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: the Issuer extended the time of 2020 annual general meeting due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
