YBM: Change of dividend payment time

Related to payment of 2018 cash dividend of Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company (YBM) (the record date: 18th September 2019, Payment time: 31st July 2020), Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
As of 11:00 am on 30th July 2020, VSD has not received the dividend payment nor the written explanation for the delayed transfer of money from Yen Bai Industrial Mineral Joint Stock Company. Therefore, VSD will inform Depository members (DMs) of the payment time for 2018 cash dividend of YBM share after receiving a written notice from Yen Bai Industrial Mineral Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to inform above notice to investors who have deposited above shares at DMs.
