PTV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 304/TMDK-VP dated 20th May 2020 of Petroleum Trading Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 18th March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no. 297/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the issuer has postponed the 2020 AGM.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
