Pursuant to the document no. 32/2020/CV-OCH dated 6^th April 2020 of Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Srock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 6th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 983/TB-VSD dated 19th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: due to the increasingly complicated situation of Covid-19 and following Guidance of the Prime Minister on restricting mass gatherings, Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Srock Company would like to announce cancellation of the record date (6^th April 2020) and postpones the organization of 2020 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
