SBS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for entitlements

Pursuant to the document no. 44/2020/CV-SBS dated 16th April 2020 of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (SBS) regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2019 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2019 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting on record date 30th March 2020 (as notified by VSD's Branch in the Notice no. 375/TB-CNVSD dated 9th March 2020).
Reason: Implementing the instructions of State authorities on enhancing the prevention of Covid-19, SBS decided to change plan of organizing 2019 fiscal year annual general meeting to ensure that the meeting is safe and in compliance with regulations and recommendations of the competent agencies. The meeting is expected to be held in May 2020
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
