DDV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 339/CV-DAP dated 8th May 2020 of VINACHEM Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 5th May 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no.1243/TB-CNVSD dated 13th April 2020).
Reason for cancellation: In order to have more time to carefully prepare materials, documents, reports to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders, and to ensure the safety in preventing and controlling Covid-19 epidemic, the Company delayed the time for organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
