CXH: Cancellation of shareholder list for 2020 annual general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 07/CV-CPXK dated 31st March 2020 of Hanoi Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company (CXH) regarding the cancellation of shareholder list attending the 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Hanoi Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company cancels the shareholder list for 2020 Annual General Meeting (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 510/TB-VSD dated 27th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid -19 epidemics in Vietnam, the company postpones the 2020 Annual General Meeting on 11th April 2020.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
