APP: Cancellation of the record date for 2020 annual general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 29/PGDM dated 31st March 2020 of Additives and Petroleum Products Joint Stock Company (APP) regarding the cancellation of record date for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Additives and Petroleum Products Joint Stock Company cancels the notice on the record date of 3rd April 2020 for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 853/TB-VSD dated 13th March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid -19 epidemic in Vietnam, the Board of Directors postpones of 2020 Annual General Meeting as recommended by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Health on restricting crowded events.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
