ursuant to the document no. 48/CV-CT  dated 30th March 2020 of Da Nang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 20^th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 494/TB-VSD dated 26^th February 2020).
Reason:  In accordance with the change of the organization plan of 2020 General Meeting to respond to the complicated developments of  Covid -19 epidemic in Vietnam and around the world., together with Directive No. 15 / CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on banning meeting, mass gatherings over 20 people in 1 room.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
