Pursuant to the document no. 109/CV-HEPS dated 7th May 2020 of Hanoi Education Publishing Services Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 20th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.497/TB-VSD dated 27th February 2020).

Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covide-19 epidemic and following the Prime Minister's Directive no. 16/CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 on the implementation of urgent methods to prevent and control Covid-19, the company decided to change the meeting schedule. 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
