VTC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 14/CBTT-VTC dated 28th April 2020 of VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 27th March 2020 (as notified by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch in the Notice no. 383/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: due to the complicated developments of the Covid 19 epidemic in Vietnam and the world; following the Prime Minister's directive and the Ministry of Health's recommendation to restrict mass gathering and implement social distancing to limit the risk of infection and ensure public health, on 27th March 2020, VTC Board of Directors agreed to postpone the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2020 and extend the time to organize the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until 30th June 2020.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
