L61: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 026/TB-LILAMA 69-1 dated 22nd April 2020 of 69-1 Lilama Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of L61 shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 20th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 669/TB-VSD dated 5th March 2020).
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the Company decided to change the time of 2020 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
