DRG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 06/CT-HĐQT dated 20th April 2020 of Daklak Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRG) regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of DRG shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 12th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 463/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2020).
Reason: the Company changes plan of holding the General meeting to prevent Covid-19
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of DRG shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 12th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 463/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2020).
