NWT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 165/NWT dated 21st April 2020 of Newway Transport Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of NWT shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 850/TB-VSD dated 13th March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid - 19 and to implement the Directive No. 16/CT-TTG of the Prime Minister dated 31st March 2020 on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control Covid - 19, The company has postponed 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
