Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 7th change of payment of 2011 cash dividend of S12 shares (the record date: 31/10/2014) as follows:

Payment time: 30/06/2019
Reason: Because proceeds from Company's construction projects have not been collected as planned, Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company does not have enough money for 2011 dividend payment.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited S12 shares at DMs
