LIC: Supplementation to the content of postal ballot

According to document no.590/2018/CV-LICOGI dated 13th September 2018 of Licogi Corporation - JSC (LIC) as regards supplementation to the content of postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce supplementation to the postal ballot of LIC announced by VSD in Notice no.2699/TB-VSD dated 29th August 2018 as follows:
- Added content "Dismissal of member of the Board of Directors to Mr. Vu Nguyen Vu and election of additional member, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hop, born on 1st March 1979, construction engineer to the position of member of the Board of Directors term 2016-2020"
Other contents in Notice no.2699/TB-VSD dated 29th August 2018 by VSD remain unchanged.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited LIC shares at DMs.
