Reason and purpose: 2018 Annual General Meeting and Advance Payment of 2017 Cash Dividend

Details are as follows:

1. 2018 Annual General Meeting

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right

- Planned meeting time: May 2018 (specific time to be announced in the invitation letter)
- Planned meeting venue: level 5 meeting hall, Hanoi- Haiphong Beer Joint Stock Company's office building, 85 Le Duan, Kien An district, Hai Phong city (will be stated in the invitation letter) (to be announced in the invitation letter)

- Meeting agenda: Discussion and approval of the followings:
+ 2017 financial statements and profit distribution, and 2018 plan;
+ 2017 business and investment report, 2018 directions and tasks;
+ Report on business management of the Company by the Board of Directors (BODs);
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on corporate management of the BODs and the CEO;
+ Dividend payment rate in 2017 and plan for 2018;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting.
2. Second Payment of 2017 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 4%/share (400 VND per share)
- Payment time: 9th May 2018
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's head office, on working days from 9th May 2018. ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 2nd May 2018
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
