PLA: Cancellation of the record date of 2018 annual general meeting

According to notice no. 36/PLAND-CV-TGĐ dated 10th April 2018 by Petroleum Logistic Service and Investment Joint Stock Company as regards change of the record date for 2018 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Petroleum Logistic Service and Investment Joint Stock Company cancelled the announcement of the record date for 2018 annual general meeting: 1st March 2018 due to implementation of proposal for establishment of Petrolimex Construction and Installation Corporation in accordance with Decision No. 828 / QD-TTg dated 31st May 2011, Decision No. 929 / QĐ-TTg dated 17th July 2012 of the Prime Minister and the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Document No. 1664 / BCT-TCCB dated 5th March 2018 (VSD has announced the contents in the Notice no. 414/TB-VSD dated 8th February 2018 by VSD).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
