EDX: Fixing Shareholder List and Ceasing to Receive Dossiers for Transfer of Securities Ownership Title

At the request of EDX Group Corporation in the document no. 1801/2018/EDX dated 18th January 2018 regarding the date of fixing shareholder list for trading registration dossier of shares of EDX Group Corporation (securities code: EDX) on DCCNY, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
- The date for fixing shareholder list to generate Shareholder Register of EDX shares for the purpose of submitting listing dossier : 30th January 2018.
- From 29th January 2018, VSD ceases to receive dossiers for transfer of securities ownership title of EDX shares in accordance with Regulation on transfer of securities ownership title of public companies whose shares have been registered at Vietnam Securities Depository but have not been listed or registered for trading at stock exchanges, issued with Decision 56/QD-UBCK dated 31 January 2013 by SSC and the Contract of service provision signed between VSD and the Company.
This notice of VSD is for Depository Members' (DMs) information. DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited EDX shares at DMs.
