Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Reason and purpose: 2017 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 20th April 2017
- Meeting venue: House of Culture - Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Corporation (Group 14, Huong Son Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province)

- Tentavie agenda:
a. Report on assessing production and business results, 2016 activities by the Board of Directors, production and business plan & investment of the Company;
b. Report on assessing 2016 activities of the Supervisory Board, 2017 activity directions. Report on appraisal of 2016 financial statements of the Company;
c. Submissions of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board to 2017 General Meeting:
+ Submission on approval of financial statements for term 01/01/2016-31/12/2016 of the Company:
+ Submission on 2016 profit distribution of the Company;
+ Submission on remuneration for members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board in 2017;
+ Submission on 2017 production, business and investment of the Company;
+ Submission on selection of independent audit company for 2017 financial statements;
+ Other issues (if any) within the authority of the General Meeting.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3 pm, 22nd March 2017.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
