- From 19th May 2017, VSD ceases to receive dossiers for transfer of securities ownership title of ATB shares as stipulated by Regulation on transfer of securities ownership title of public companies whose shares have been registered at VSD but have not been listed or registered for trading at stock exchanges promulgated in decision 56/QD-UBCK dated 31st January 2013 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the service provision contract between VSD and An Thinh Joint Stock Company. 
This notice of VSD is for Depository Members' (DMs) information and notifying each investor who has deposited ATB shares at DMs accordingly.
