1. 2015 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right (for common share);
- Planned meeting time: in November 2015;
- Meeting venue: to be announced later
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of:
+ 2014 report by the Board of Directors;
+ 2014 audited financial statements;
+ 2014 report by the Supervisory Board;
+ 2014 after-tax profit distribution scheme;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting.
2. Payment of Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 2%/share (200 VND per share), of which is 1%/share for second payment of 2010 cash dividend and 1%/share for payment of 2011 cash dividend;
- Payment time: 3 December 2015;
Payment place: + The holders whose shares have not been deposited will have to present ID cards to receive dividend at the Accounting-Finance Department, Level 2, 127 Building, Dinh Tien Hoang, Ward 3, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh City on working days (Monday ~ Friday), from 3 December 2015.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of  securities holders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3 pm, 2 November 2015.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
