BVB121034: Payment of 2023 Bond Interest (from 30/12/2022 inclusive to 30/03/2023 exclusive); Redemption of all BVB121034 bonds before maturity

(Based on Decision No. 85/21/QD-HĐQT dated 29th November 2021 by the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank on approving plan of issuing bonds to the public to increase Tier 2 capital in 2021-2022 and Decision no. 09/23 QD – QDQT dated 6th February 2023 on approving plan of bond redemption before maturity of 7 years).
- Payment rate: 102,096 VND/bond (100,000 VND for principal, 2,096 VND for interest).
- Payment time of bond principal and interest: 30th March 2023
Note: Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank is in the process of delisting on Hanoi Stock Exchange; Expected delisting date: 16th March 2023; last trading date: 15th March 2023; from 16th March 2023, BVB121034 bonds will no longer be valid for transfer and this bond will be deregistered by Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank in accordance with current regulations at Vietnam Securities Depository.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will have the bond interest  transferred to their account which have been registered at the time of bond subscription on 30th March 2023.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20th March 2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
