+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company, Level 9, Sonadezi Building, No.1, Road 1, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days from 11th October 2021. 
+ Procedures to receive dividend for undeposited securities:
. As for cash receipt: Passbook, Certificates of business registration (for institution) or ID cards/passports have to be presented. In case of authorization, legal letters of attorney (the form has been uploaded to website: http:// www.sonadezichauduc.com.vn).
. As for bank account transfer: shareholders register using the form uploaded to website: http:// www.sonadezichauduc.com.vn and send to the Finance – Accounting Division of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company by the above-mentioned address. The company shall transfer dividend to the exact beneficiary shareholders, the bank transfer charges will be borne by shareholders.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 AM, 22nd September 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
