+ Planned quantity of issued shares: 918,857,914 shares
+ Issue price: 12,000 VND/share
+ Execution rate: 10:6 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 06 new shares for every 10 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and handling unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ The number of additional shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest whole number to ensure that the total number of shares distributed does not exceed the total number offered;

+ Fractional shares resulting from rounding and any remaining undistributed shares due to existing shareholders not registering or paying for them will be offered by the Board of Directors to other investors (including shareholders of the Company who wish to increase their shareholding) at an offering price no lower than the offering price to existing shareholders. The criteria and list of investors eligible to purchase these remaining shares will be decided by the Board of Directors under the authorization of the General Meeting;

+ If, after the legally stipulated share distribution period (including any extensions), the shares are still not fully distributed, these undistributed shares will be canceled, and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering. The Company will increase its capital based on the actual capital contributions of shareholders and investors.

- Example: On the record date for exercising the rights, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 588 shares. Then, with an exercise ratio of 10:6, the number of shares shareholder A is entitled to purchase is (588:10) x 6 = 352.8 shares, rounded down to 352 shares.


- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time for transfer of right issue: From 16/03/2026 to 31/03/2026.
+ Shareholders owning right issues can transfer their  rights to others within the prescribed time and only transfer once, the transferee of rights will not be allowed to transfer to a third party.
- Regulations on subscribed securities:
+ Time for subscription and payment: From 16/03/2026 to 06/04/2026.
+ Restrictions related to transfer:
The number of shares sold to existing shareholders and those receiving the right to purchase from existing shareholders is not subject to transfer restrictions.
The remaining shares not distributed to existing shareholders (including fractional shares arising from rounding) when offered to other shareholders/investors will be subject to a 1 (one) year transfer restriction from the date of completion of the offering as per regulations.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at the headquarrters of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company at Floor 22, 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi and ID cards have to be presented
