- Planned meeting time and venue: to be announced in the invitation letter

*Report on 2025 activities by the Board of Directors (“BOD”) and the Board of Management;
* Report on 2025 activities by the independent member of the Board of Directors in the Audit Committee;
*2025 production & business results and 2026 plan,
*2025 audited financial statements;
* 2025 profit distribution and earnings reserved for fund establishment and 2026 plan;
* Total 2026 remuneration, bonus or other benefits of the BOD;
+ Report on transactions between Petrosetco and the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Corporation (“PVN”) and PVN's subsidiaries in 2025;
+ Report on transactions between Petrosetco and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in 2025;
+ Projected transactions between Petrosetco and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in 2026;
+ Amendments to the Charter, internal regulations on corporate governance, and the operating regulations of the Board of Directors;
+ Amendments and additions to business lines and activities;
+ Amendments to the Company's name;
* List of 2026 independent auditing companies;
* Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
PetroVietnam General Services Corporation  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
