+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will carry out procedures to receive dividends as follows:
· Dividend receiving location: At the Accounting Department of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company, 11th floor, 236/6 Dien Bien Phu, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
· Time: From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays (except holidays and other holidays as prescribed by law), starting from 22/12/2025
· Shareholders who come to receive dividends must present (i) Share ownership certificate, (ii) Citizen identification card/Passport (collectively referred to as identification documents), (iii) Letter of introduction and business registration certificate (in case of legal entities or organizations). In case of authorizing another person to receive the procedures, there must be a notarized authorization letter and the identification document of the authorized person.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
