Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicatedness of the Covid-19 epidemic and the issuer is focusing on production (especially medical gloves) to meet the demand of hospitals, the issuer has obtained permission from the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City to postpone the organization of 2020 Annual General Meeting to 30th June 2020 at the lastest. The time for finalizing the list of shareholders will be announced later.
