HCI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 129/TB-CT dated 14th May 2020 of Hanoi Construction - Investment Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of HCI shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 26th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 750/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the increasingly complicated situation of acute respiratory infections caused by the novel Corona virus (Covid-19), the company changed its plan to hold 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
